The best hotel on our entire trip to Colombia! The facilities are spectacular, extremely clean, quiet, and relaxing—an absolute 10 in every way. The location is perfect for visiting Tayrona; the bus from Santa Marta drops you at the hotel entrance, and it’s only a five‑minute walk to the entrance of El Zaino. Breakfast is incredible—super abundant, varied, and delicious, the best of the trip by far. There’s a kitchen for guests if needed. The area is quite isolated, so bringing extra food and bottled water is wise. There are a few small shops nearby, so you don’t have to leave this peaceful refuge. The pool is a highlight—beautiful, well‑designed, thoughtful, and detailed. We didn’t have much time in the pool, but we would have loved to stay forever. The pool water is incredibly clean, the cleanest we’ve seen. The hotel also offers various relaxation zones, making it a super quiet place to disconnect. The Wi‑Fi works perfectly. The room is spacious and bright. We liked how the facilities are integrated into the natural surroundings, with open spaces thoughtfully planned and no noise. There’s no competition. The service was excellent, and we were attended to for everything we needed. The value for money is a 10. If you’re going to Tayrona, you definitely need to stay here. 100% recommended!
