Access to the thermal spa was convenient, the breakfast was very good, and the place was very clean. However, it wasn’t communicated that entry to the thermal spa was not included in the price.

The location is great and beautiful, but the room was not cleaned properly despite the high price; after I mentioned it at reception, several stains remained, used towels were left on the floor, and the freshly made bed looked used.

Overall a great experience with friendly staff. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. We will definitely return.
