It’s okay, but at checkout the staff were extremely rude, wouldn’t let the person picking me up enter, and didn’t help with my luggage—super poor, never seen that elsewhere.

The staff were nice, especially the lady at the customer relations desk. I had issues with socket in my room but the lady was very helpful. Also the cleaning lady was nice; u don’t remember her name. Just that the sockets in my room was bad and I couldn’t charge my devices

The staff on site were very friendly, but the rooms—especially the bathrooms—were in dire need of renovation; obvious mold was visible around the bathtub, which is a health hazard.
