The rooms were spotless, breakfast tasted great, the spot was perfect, and the staff were warm. Our key fobs failed a few times, but the team was quick to replace them and we got new ones without fuss.

Breakfast timing on weekends needs to be pushed later; otherwise everything else is fine.

The location was good, the beds comfortable, rooms clean, and staff generally friendly and helpful. The gentleman who checked us in was initially unfriendly; we were told we could check in a little early, but when we arrived he said it would be 45 minutes, then changed it to 30, then to 20. Driving there only to be let down was very inconvenient, but we managed. It turned me off the place. I had to call a number for help when he was right around the corner—OMG! The coffee maker in room 128 didn’t work and the left window blind didn’t lower all the way.

Breakfast was adequate, but I couldn’t figure out how to use the assembly line toaster and no one was available to help. The front desk staff seemed busy with someone else, so I just brought the bagel I’d already opened from my trip. The coffee machine that makes lattes and other drinks is a plus.

Very clean rooms and decent breakfast. I had to get my room key reset several times; the keys can’t be left in or near anything.
