I liked the location and the size of the rooms, but one of the rooms didn’t have power the first night. Rooms weren’t being cleaned daily. The TV subscription wasn’t working in the facility. The tennis court wasn’t fit for use because of the net.

The house was beautiful, but the shower pressure was terrible and the dirty water kept on the floor while showering. The air‑con was also switched off when the generator was turned off without our knowledge.

The facilities were decent, but the manager’s service was very poor. There was no international payments system, no place to plug a kettle or coffee maker, no lotion, no shampoo, and no coordination between security and the manager when guests arrived—just poorly managed.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at The Manor House. From the moment I booked, the communication with the host was outstanding—prompt, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. The property itself is immaculate and incredibly secure, giving me complete peace of mind throughout my stay. One of the standout features was the reliable backup power, which made everything run smoothly even during outages. The attention to detail and comfort was evident in every corner of the house. I highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a serene, well-managed, and secure place to stay in Harare. I’ll definitely be back!. Nothing
