The restaurant, service, and room size were good, but maintenance was lacking: there were cheap food, ants in the room, a broken air‑conditioner arm, a non‑working intercom, and no hair dryer. After two days we switched rooms. Still, the cheap food was lively and the AC was dropping ice.

The front desk, restaurant, and breakfast staff were great, but the bathroom cleaning left limescale.

Breakfast was decent and the location was good, but the pool felt a bit small for a hotel of that size.

I headed to an event at the Convention Center and found the hotel very well located, especially being right next to a shopping mall, which is a big plus. I had a lot of trouble with the room key; it kept resetting itself.
