The place is conveniently located, yet they ignored the 13 hour checkout time I was given.

The room conditions were good, but the smell from the treatment plant was very unpleasant. The reception was not reliable with what they offered.

The hotel works great for business trips, offering everything you need. The rooms are spacious, the restaurant is good, and there’s a small pool on the 5th floor. Another restaurant is right next door, and the city of León with its shopping centre is about a 15‑minute drive away. The airport is also just a 10‑minute taxi ride.

The staff were very accommodating and the place had everything we asked for; we’re seriously considering signing up for the Reward service to get an even better experience. I can’t think of anything we didn’t like; the service is in excellent condition.
