The staff greeted us warmly, the location was beautiful, the rooms were luxurious, and the dining, breakfast, and dinner were excellent. Nothing negative.

The hotel sits in a beautiful, quiet spot just above the city, surrounded by vineyards with great views of the castle, and the staff are extraordinarily friendly and helpful.
