Air‑conditioned rooms feature balconies, satellite TV, minibar, and free Wi‑Fi. Complimentary parking, pool bar, table tennis, and darts enhance the experience.

The staff were friendly and the rooms stayed spotless, but the food left a lot to be desired.

The team was helpful, the cleanliness was top‑notch, and the meals were tasty, yet the bathroom drain was a real pain.

The room was big and clean, the location was quiet, and the staff were always smiling and helpful. Free parking and a shuttle to another hotel’s beach with free loungers were nice touches. The food was good enough for me, though the variety didn’t match other all‑inclusive spots, and the drinks were decent. The only downside is the hotel’s 15‑20 minute walk to the town center, plus the stairs and uneven path back, and the bathroom layout is a bit unconventional with a separate shower and toilet.

The location was superb, the staff were very friendly and attentive, and the pool was clean with fresh loungers and towels every day. Meals were varied and fresh, and my spacious room was cleaned daily with a well‑stocked minibar. Even though the hotel isn’t on the beach, a free shuttle takes guests twice a day to the private Grifid Encanto beach where loungers and umbrellas are free. Parking is free and guarded.
