On‑site dining, 24‑hour reception, safety deposit box, laundry and tour desk serve guests. Five minutes by car to IFEMA and Chamartín Station; Retiro Park and the Prado Museum are reachable via Metro or bus.

The room was clean, spacious, modern and well maintained, with staff who were attentive and always greeted us with a smile. The location is great, just a 5‑minute walk from the Prosperidad metro. Nothing in particular to complain about, although the price feels a bit high, but compared to other options and the fact that we left from Bernabeú (about 15–20 minutes on foot) it was still within market range.

The hotel is fantastic! The room was large, with a great terrace. The bed was hyper‑comfortable, the bathroom was super equipped, and the shower had excellent pressure. It’s a bit far from the center, but the metro stop is a 5‑minute walk and takes you straight to the city. Everything was spotless, and the breakfast, for its price, is amazing. The only downside is that there was no one at reception at night, but it’s still very safe.

Everything was great; I wasn’t disappointed by anything, it’s excellent. The only thing missing was a second, dimmer light in the bathroom and more toiletries.
