Rooms feature flat-screen TVs, microwaves, and small refrigerators, with select rooms offering coffee makers and ironing facilities. A fitness center, coin laundry, and business center are available. Downtown Indianapolis and the airport are each 7 miles away.

The price was good, but the noise and problems with the TV and pillows made the discount not worth it. Loud activity in the halls persisted late at night and in the morning.

The staff were very respectful and nice, but the room was extremely dirty. This place isn’t suitable for families with kids because of the homeless people and prostitutes roaming around, plus the parking lot is a mess.

The property looks like a 1980s building that was recently renovated. The room itself was fine and in good condition. The elevator didn’t seem to work at times, and some other guests were loud. The room cost $50 and the deposit was required.
