The place was spotless, with large rooms that had balconies, and the owner was friendly; it’s a bit far, but the scooters keep coming and going nonstop.

The bedding and the whole place just stank, with a mix of unpleasant smells sprayed in the face.

The big balcony with a table and chairs was a plus, and that’s about all the positives; the price was high for this standard and location, but it was the last available spot for a long weekend. The beds were single Versailles, the bathroom was tiny with a small shower where the tub turned into a pool of water at the end of the shower. The owner was overly sensitive about locking the building’s front door; I had to leave for the car to grab my luggage and when I came back the door was already locked. There’s a shared fridge in the corridor, no freezer, and the fridge’s ice cubes weren’t frozen; the owner didn’t mention that the floor above had a microwave. The yard had no child attractions; the neighbor only had a trampoline and toys. The location is at the very end of Władysławowa, a 25‑minute walk to the center or a taxi for 25 zł, or a scooter for 8 zł per person. With kids and beach gear, I wouldn’t recommend such a walk; for a family of four, a taxi for two families or more people, or a scooter with a fixed discount is better.
