The room was covered in mold, making my family sick, so we had to cut our vacation short and return home. I requested a refund but never received a response.

We had originally booked a different hotel, but when we checked in it was terrible—dirty and nothing like the pictures—so we lost money with no refunds. Here, Parker was absolutely great; he got us into a nice room and walked us out to the pool. Housekeeping was amazing too. The next morning, the front‑desk staff could learn from him how to be kind to guests. The room itself was clean, but the bathroom had poor ventilation and many drywall issues; fans should be installed for the showers. Other than that, it was great.
