Another unforgettable holiday at Hotel Majestic! 🌞❤️ This year we again spent our vacation at Hotel Majestic in Sunny Beach, and we’re leaving with wonderful memories and a strong desire to return next year. Everything at the hotel is exceptionally high quality. The staff are warm, welcoming, courteous, and highly professional. From the first moment you feel you’re in a place where quality and excellent service truly matter. The rooms are exceptionally clean and well maintained, and the hotel overall is simply beautiful. From the lobby to every little detail, you see the care, style, and professionalism that make this place special. The restaurant deserves a special mention! Every day we were greeted with an incredible variety of food – between 10 and 15 different main courses, while the salad and side‑dish sections offered two long counters literally overflowing with delicious choices. There was so much to choose from that it was simply impossible to try everything in one week! 😊 I especially want to highlight the professionalism and wonderful attitude of the restaurant staff. A huge thank you to Ms. Beleva, Ms. Filiz, Mr. Ziyad, and Mr. Mihaylov from the restaurant bar for their kindness, attentiveness, and professional service. It is people like them who make a place truly special and leave you feeling not just like a guest, but like a genuinely welcome friend. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team at Hotel Majestic for another wonderful holiday! ❤️ There is no doubt – next year we must be back at Majestic! Until we meet again! 🌴☀️🥂

Very clean. In the tiny room the Wi‑Fi was weak; the hotel is already old, the coffee at the bar is from an automatic machine instead of a manual one, the food was either very dry or greasy, but overall there was something to eat.

The place is clean, nice, and well‑maintained, and the rooms are large with a view. The coffee machine makes coffee that is horribly sweet, and the drink dispenser is run by the same staff as the coffee machine, so you have to stand and wait for people ordering coffee, which takes a long time. Instead of going in and pouring juice yourself, the dispenser should be set up and accessible to everyone. The food is poorly reheated, often cold, but when it is hot it tastes good.

The garden is wonderful, the staff is helpful, everything is clean, and towels are changed daily. Using the pools, the luggage storage, and the steam room after check‑out is a great service. The restaurant tables need to be replaced or covered with a tablecloth that fits the whole table; the garden feels like a disappointment compared to that. Compared to another DIT hotel, the furnishings feel old‑fashioned.
