Cómo valoran los huéspedes el hotel, aspecto por aspecto.
We only stayed one night during a long trip, and the heavy rain didn’t seep in because the place was waterproof. The staff were polite and helpful, giving us towels and a goody bag full of cleaning supplies, soap, shampoo, and other thoughtful items. We were exhausted and needed some TLC, and the room didn’t look as good as the photo.

The location was great, and the beach was nice. However, the week and weekend were noisy. During the week an enterprise was cutting trees all day with chainsaws that made a siren‑like noise from pneumatic tools; that work should have been scheduled later when the campsite was empty. On the weekend, many families arrived with very loud young children.

The bungalows were very comfortable and had everything, the pool was spectacular, and the spa was wonderful. They forgot the wristbands to pass the gates, and when we went to the beach we didn’t know until we couldn’t exit because no one answered the bell, so we had to return to reception with all the beach gear. In the bungalow, when we went to dinner there was no butane; they had forgotten to change it, and even though we warned them we had to wait more than half an hour until it was replaced. They should check when cleaning the bungalow and have a system to prevent such things.

The on‑site restaurant was convenient. The bungalow assigned to me was old. At arrival I mentioned I would leave at 06:00 a.m., and they gave me the night watchman’s phone number to open the gate. He refused, saying he didn’t have the authority. I had to negotiate with him for more than 10 minutes to get him to agree. The next day I had to leave my car outside and walk across the campsite with my luggage because he warned me he would refuse to open it again.
