A one‑night stay in the Annie room works. The villa’s location near the beach, marina, restaurants, and delis, plus the price, are definite pluses. Our two‑person room had a balcony shared by three rooms, but that’s always a nice touch. The room came with a kettle and mugs, and there was a small kitchen on the corridor, modestly equipped, but we missed knives and teaspoons. The two‑person room was tiny, though it looked nice, and it was very noisy; you could hear neighbors talk as if there were no walls. The sliding doors to the bathroom were very leaky. Annie has no reception; check‑in and check‑out must be handled at another center’s restaurant about 200 m away. It’s a minor hassle. Also, the 200 zł deposit feels outdated and pointless—one day I paid it, the next day I got it back, and nothing was inspected.

Good location, everything is close. The only issue is the lack of a table.

I found the place sufficient for a one‑day trip by bike on the VeloDunajec trail, and there was a kettle and dishes available for use.

The room was tiny but spotless and the bed was comfortable; however, there were no dishes or cutlery to prepare food as promised, no table in the room, a brief water outage in the bathroom, a shower that was clogged and tile grout that was moldy, and the balcony was dirty with cobwebs and spiders everywhere.
