The room, bed, cleanliness and location were all great, but the entrance feathers didn’t open automatically with the room key.

The facilities and location are good, but the buffet isn’t as great and the bathtub feels a bit off, otherwise it meets expectations.

The bed’s comfort and abundance of pillows, the breakfast variety, in‑room amenities, daily bottled water supply, good lighting, and easy hotel access were all positives. However, some pillows were lumpy but didn’t ruin my sleep; the staff could be friendlier and greet more proactively; the room checked out at 13:00, so we had to leave for breakfast before returning; a staff member entered the room and removed all the towels, which was unpleasant because I wanted to shower and had no towels left; cleaning is done at the end of the assigned rooms; and the bathroom feels a little small for the bathtub.
