The location is good. The rooms are noisy and can’t be darkened. There’s a bit of mold in the bathroom.

Breakfast was very complete, the staff always refilled what we ate and always made a scrambled‑egg dish for each of us (we were four). They did everything very well, always responded positively to all our needs. Rafael at reception was always warm and loving, told us we could use the hotel facilities as if they were our own because we had to wait until the night our train left, he kept our backpacks all day, and we could enter and leave as many times as we wanted after check‑out, which made our planning a lot easier! We’re very grateful for such a welcome! I definitely recommend it and would stay there every time I visit Aguas Calientes! Tupananchiskama! The location was a bit uphill, hard to climb if you were tired, but it was worth it because the treatment was very loving and it was close to everything. Nothing bad to say, maybe it would have been good that each of the four friends had an individual bed, but that’s just a detail.

The breakfast was good 👍 and the staff were also very friendly 👍, but when I arrived the room I got wasn’t the one I had booked, I don’t know what happened, yet the room they gave me was fine so it wasn’t a big issue.
