Very friendly staff! Shuttle to the Airport

I slept well on the big bed and the room was roomy enough for one or two nights; the smart TV was huge and perfect for binge‑watching. The shuttle bus was convenient, though it only goes to terminal 2. The air‑conditioning didn’t work at 24 °C, but it never got hotter. Front‑desk staff were thinly spread out, so when a big flight landed it got hectic and I had to queue just to get a pool towel, then queue again to return after the key cards were deactivated. The restaurant and front‑desk staff were friendly but slow.

The room was pleasant and comfortable, but I didn’t get a king‑size bed—just a single bed—and they tried to make up for it with a drink, which felt pretty underwhelming. Twice at 3 a.m. a fire alarm blared in my room for about 5 minutes, paused for two minutes, then started again for 5 to 10 minutes, piercing my ears and ruining what should have been a restorative night. I had only 5 hours of sleep in that hotel. The next day, when I asked what happened, they explained that a guest had left water vapour escaping from the bathroom… Is it normal for a hotel of this size to be unable to fix that? There isn’t an alarm that can be turned down? It’s impossible to reduce the deafening noise instead of waking all guests for a false alarm. Of course, no compensation was offered. Nothing else from them. In short, avoid this place.
