Ottavio really went the extra mile, always checking if we needed anything and making our stay feel fantastic. The room was spotless and spacious, and the bathroom was huge and fully renovated. Breakfast offered a variety of tasty options, and the espresso machine in the room was the best I've had. The location is super convenient, right near Avola city centre, beautiful beaches, restaurants, and supermarkets. I’d definitely rent a car to explore other towns and beaches in southeast Sicily—San Lorenzo, Marzamemi, Isola di Ortigia. Thanks a ton, Ottavio, for such a great experience!

I liked the new and clean facility. Everything was available, even the hair dryer with diffuser—something I rarely find! Breakfast was excellent, with everything we needed in the room, and they also brought us fresh croissants in the morning. The location is great, close to both the sea and the centre. In the evening we walked out without needing a car.

The room was always clean, welcoming, modern, spacious, and fully equipped. It’s a B&B with three rooms and a shared entrance. Ottavio, the manager, was very kind, approachable, and always ready to help with any request. We felt at home. We decided on breakfast the night before, and it was always delivered to the room early in the morning. The fridge was always stocked with drinks and yogurt, and the in‑room coffee machine had an extra basket of packaged brioche, crackers, and preserves. For me, it went beyond expectations. I strongly recommend it, especially because Avola’s centre is a 5‑minute walk, there are many nearby shops, and in half an hour you can choose from a range of beaches. The only thing: in a very hot period like our stay, I’d suggest Ottavio turn on the air conditioning in the entrance on time…just to avoid looking for a flaw.
