A lot of noise from migrant workers.

Nothing to say. The entrance was at the rear of the building. The room felt like a boiler room and it was freezing cold. Eight young Romanian workers lived in the room opposite, making a tremendous amount of noise, so much so that other guests complained twice and it almost turned into a fight. All the Romanians smoked. Everything smelled of stale smoke. This accommodation is unacceptable. The argument that this is affordable accommodation for construction workers is invalid. Construction workers also want to sleep peacefully, not in smoke and stench. This accommodation is a disgrace and should not be listed.

A simple workers’ lodging that was clean and good. Parking is right outside the door. The location is great. The accommodation exceeded my expectations. The rooms lack luxury but have everything you need. The communal kitchen was always tidy and clean, trash always emptied. I found the contactless system extremely convenient, allowing flexible arrival and departure times. The keys are in a key box with a code at each room door. The provider always responded to emails. For the price it’s really great.

Nothing at all!!! The rooms in the photos are nice, large, and comfortable, but when I arrived there was a lot of mess, it was not clean at all, a guy who works on a construction site met me and he doesn’t even speak German well.
