The location near the mountains was nice, but we stayed there in 2014 and liked it a lot. Since then the management changed, and on Saturday nights there was a huge wedding party until 3am with loud, drunken guests entering their rooms. A lunch supposedly served from 8am had no staff and the lights were off when we arrived at 8am. While I was there I sent an email expressing my disappointment; the owner only replied after I had left, two days later. Good customer service would have been to confront me, apologize, and ask how to fix the issue. I was disappointed because I had praised this place to my brother, with whom we were. Not everything was bad, but I would have liked to know about the big party; I would have simply booked elsewhere.
