The location was close to some tourist spots and you could walk to them. It was also near the metro station, which made it easy to get to other places of interest, shopping centers, and many restaurants. We never had any face‑to‑face interaction with the staff, only via WhatsApp.

We managed to get an early check‑in, and the hotel coordinator was very friendly. The keys were easy to use and access was smooth. The cleaning was very sparse, the bathroom was not clean at all, and I didn't like it. The fridge was dirty. There was no daily housekeeping or towel changes, and the mattress and sheets were old.

The location is great, the room is very simple, and towel changes and extra services (like the drying rack) were in the shared corridor. The shower drain in the bathroom didn’t work properly, so the bathroom flooded every time I showered.
