The kids loved the activities; they were thrilled with everything offered. The rooms, however, were not as clean as expected.

The staff were very friendly, the rooms looked nice, and the buffet was great. We did notice that the rooms next to us were a bit noisy—almost like a balcony party, which felt a bit out of place in a kids’ hotel.

Breakfast was pretty good, the pool was nice, and the room was big and clean. Our highlight was the petting zoo; the rabbits and hamsters were a hit, and the gentleman taking care of them was very friendly and polite, so the kids loved it. Lunch and dinner could have offered a bit more variety.
