The location is perfect—quiet, away from tourist crowds, and the view from the stairwell is already impressive. The reception was very friendly and the atmosphere feels cozy. Getting to the Vaporetto stops at Canal Grande or Fondamenta Nuove is a short walk, and it’s a relaxing spot to visit the Biennale.

The place feels authentic and a bit old‑fashioned, but the fact that there are four floors to climb should be mentioned. It’s far from everything, and there’s machine noise at night. The bathroom is beautiful, but the water is almost non‑existent, making showering difficult.

Rosa’s warm welcome makes you feel like family as soon as you arrive in this real palazzo. The building’s lobby already promises a Venetian adventure with its gondola ready to set sail. Rosa was very hospitable, and you’re truly in a palazzo! Everything was perfect.

The room is very spacious, with a large bed. The shower, however, does not meet the hotel’s standards: the water pressure is weak, the shower head is clogged with limescale, and there’s no hot water after 10 pm. The TV in the room is too small for such a large space.

Indrukwekkend palazzo vlakbij een halte van Allilaguna en vaporetto. Het appartement is op de vierde verdieping, er is geen lift. Dus veel trappen, 50 treden totaal. Dat beschrijving efvan tievoegen!
