The accommodation is perfectly clean, the bathroom is new and well‑equipped. Getting to the city centre is quite easy. The garden is pleasant and well maintained. The host is available to give information. I recommend it.

We arrived exhausted after the drive, and the hosts helped with our luggage and invited us to a home‑cooked dinner. Overall they assisted us with everything: they told us about the city in ways a guidebook never would, offered everyday tips, and helped with things we didn’t even ask for. Spotless cleanliness was a major plus. The courtyard is very cozy and well‑kept. The vibe is open: many young people from different countries, a common table, evening chats. True hospitality. We had a family celebration during our stay, and the hosts didn’t let it slip by—they joined the congratulations and made the day even more memorable. If you’re visiting Georgia for the first time, there’s no better place to stay. Within a few days we stopped feeling like outsiders in the city. We strongly recommend this wonderful guesthouse. Thank you, Vakhtang and Irma, for everything!

Проживание в семье. Старый дом. Но! Отлично отремонтирован 👍 Атмосфера былых времён. Идеальная чистота , милый дворик. Прекрасные хозяева . Оказывается , за этим домом в прошлые времена , была тюрьма . Там сидел Сталин со своими соратниками . Ну и много другого рассказали интересного. Хозяин , Вахтанг нас угостил бутылкой своего вина. Приятный человек ! Постоянно на позитиве .А, его жена , бутылкой местного лимонада. Кухня общая с хозяевами . До центра немного далековато, но в пешей доступности. Нам всё понравилось 😊 Мы и выбирали , чтобы была настоящая местная , Грузинская атмосфера и не ошиблись . Настоящее Грузинское гостеприимство. Здоровья Вахтангу и его семье 🤲

I stayed with a family in a well‑renovated old house that felt like stepping back in time. The cleanliness was perfect, and the courtyard was lovely. The hosts were fantastic, and they revealed that the house had once been a prison where Stalin and his companions stayed, plus many other fascinating anecdotes. Vakhte, the owner, treated us to a bottle of his wine, and his wife shared local lemonade. We cooked together in a shared kitchen. The city center was a little far, yet still walkable. We were completely satisfied 👍
