The place is great for couples, and everyone is friendly. The breakfast was excellent, but the dinner felt like it could use improvement for the price.

The desert view is stunning. The service, however, never answered phone calls in the evenings, and there was no one to talk to; it's very expensive compared to similar spots in the area.

“לא מומלץ”

The location is nice. We received a room that was not clean from previous guests: a trash bag in the bathroom that hadn’t been replaced, nut shells, an empty paper roll, and trash on the floor. Dinner was served cold—after telling the hostess, she disappeared and only returned after the meal, saying we could warm it in the kitchen or take a new dish once it was heated under the candle that was under every served dish. On the second day, cleaning was supposed to arrive in the morning when we left, but when we returned in the afternoon it still hadn't happened. We had to stay in the room while they cleaned. The hostess was not patient or helpful, and no issue was addressed in real time, which meant all the problems at the place lingered throughout our stay. For the price we paid, I should have begged them to clean the room properly. Even after talking to the owner at checkout, he said, “I wasn’t in the room, so I don’t know,” even though there are photos of the dirty room—there was a feeling of shirking responsibility. Also, a high fee is charged for Friday dinner, yet the food served was identical to what was served on Thursday evening.

It was secluded enough and quiet and the staff were very helpful. Beautiful place. The sofa was not comfortable

Maintenance level is very low. Basic standards are missing or poor, such as lights that don’t turn on, and the so‑called “pool” in Escape has no seating, no rail, no place to put a towel, and other examples.
