Parking lot was well designed to optimize short walks with big bags! Larger bathroom was a pleasant surprise. The dim overhead lighting made the rather nice room look like a prison. We also experienced a brief power outage. I booked the room many months in advance and unfortunately had selected a Queen bed. It was comfortable but small for myself and my husband, but the hotel could not offer us any alternatives

I booked two queen beds online and the process was smooth, but when I got to the hotel I only received one queen bed. I asked why the second wasn’t provided and was told it was optional and no other rooms were available, which left me disappointed. I’m not going back to any Candlewood again because it seems customers can choose two queens but the hotel decides what they actually get.

The location was close to where I needed to be, but the room had a strong odor and I had to spray air freshener to make it tolerable.
