The welcome, friendliness, food (breakfast and dinner), room, and activities were all good. The road to get there was the only drawback.

“Bellissima esperienza, lo consiglio!”

The whole property is well maintained and run with dedication and passion. We stayed in the glamping tent, fully equipped with all necessary services, and enjoyed a wonderful view of the surrounding area. The Sisters, the family, and the staff who manage the farmhouse are available, welcoming, and never intrusive. It’s an idyllic place to spend a few days exploring the beautiful Umbrian countryside. I also note that just a short walk away is Leonardo di Vibia e‑bike, equally enthusiastic and helpful for renting e‑bikes (even with on‑site delivery) to experience the Umbrian landscapes in an alternative way.

We had a fantastic stay; the whole family were incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived. We dined in the restaurant on our first night, where one of the sisters cooked, and the food was so good that we immediately booked again for the next evening. The location was stunning, with beautiful views across the valley. The pool was spotless and well kept; just a heads‑up that swim caps are required. Our little boy absolutely loved watching the animals at the property, which made the stay even more special for us. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and every member of the family was friendly and attentive throughout our visit. It truly felt like a proper taste of Italy.

We enjoyed a truly natural, authentic and sociable holiday at the farm run by Letizia, Costanza and their family; traveling with our 3‑year‑old daughter, we couldn’t have asked for more, especially with the magical atmosphere, the educational farm where we learned to respect the animals, my first horseback ride on Cora, a lovely walk with Benji and even a wine tasting on the trail. Evening meals prepared at home by Letizia, Costanza and their mother were exquisite, fostering a unique shared moment with other families while the kids played, and the beautiful property also let us rent e‑bikes delivered on site for a wonderful loop ride to the Tiber; it was a fantastic experience in every way and we’ll definitely return.

“Dove il tempo si ferma e ci si sente a casa.”

There are places where you simply stay, and places where you truly feel at home – this hotel belongs to the latter. We spent three nights surrounded by greenery, silence, nature, and a rare sense of tranquility. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt special: a lovingly cared‑for venue where every detail seemed designed to make guests feel welcomed and pampered. The property was beautiful, the rooms immaculate and cozy, and the natural setting genuinely authentic. What really set it apart were the staff: kind, helpful, and genuine, making us feel like family rather than just guests. Those three nights were pure relaxation, the kind that lets you slow down, breathe, and truly enjoy the moment, leaving us with wonderful memories.
