“Nie wieder!!!”
The location is fine, but the hotel, furniture, and cleanliness were terrible; at least the staff could be called friendly, but that was the only good thing.

This hotel surpassed my expectations: it’s beautiful, cozy, and has a very pleasant atmosphere. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and was completely satisfied with everything, so I would happily recommend it to others.

The place was clean, the staff friendly, and the price great; there was nothing I didn’t like.

The breakfast was good and varied, and the staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were friendly and helpful. Yassin, in particular, did everything he could during dinner to make everyone happy. Note that there is no running buffet or menu at dinner; each day you simply get what the chef prepares—an appetizer, main course, and dessert. If something isn’t to your taste, Yassin will fix it. The location is easy to reach by metro (Vezneciler station). If you land at the airport on the European side of Turkey, take the metro from the airport to Gayreteppe, then transfer to Vezneciler. The metro is literally a five‑minute walk from the hotel, and most top attractions (Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque) are within a 20‑minute walk. The rooms are spacious, but the bathrooms are very cramped. The room we stayed in really needs renovation—there was peeling wallpaper, and the fridge was not working.

I wasn’t satisfied with this hotel overall. Upon arrival I didn’t get the room shown in the pictures; the room I was given had a bathroom without a bathtub and a balcony, the curtain was partially hanging down, and the hallway floor was very dirty. I complained to the hotel manager, who told me that I had booked that room. After a hotel employee’s suggestion, I was reassigned to a slightly better room. The breakfast buffet was inadequate; for items like omelette or orange juice, an extra 4 € was charged. I don’t have a photo of the bathroom from the first room I stayed in on 19.10.
