The bed with the view, the projector, and the screen were truly impressive. Breakfast could use improvement: the ideas are nice, but a roll for two people plus butter is minimal, and re‑ordering takes 20 minutes—sometimes the bread is still half‑frozen from the microwave. The massage is overpriced for what’s offered. We also had a whirlpool in the room.

The breakfast was fantastic, and the dinner menu looked great. The spot itself is beautiful, close to a charming tourist village, and you can walk around. An unexpected restaurant nearby was a highlight, making it a must‑visit for mountain lovers. The pool, unfortunately, wasn’t heated, and the staff seemed tense; a more relaxed vibe would help. The music in the restaurant and by the pool could use a fresher touch. Even though it’s a luxury hotel, we missed a proper luggage space in the room.

The setting was beautiful, and the breakfast and service were fantastic. Dinner could have been better; it lacked higher cooking quality and richer flavors.
