“Perfecto para relajarse”
A perfect spot for relaxing, with an amazing view! Santiago was super helpful and the breakfast was delicious. The only downside was the lack of extra chairs for sunbathing more comfortably.
The place is spectacular with an impressive view and very cozy; I’ll be back. The only negative was the price of the beer.
The scenery was nice. Everything else I didn’t like: the food was awful and even caused me diarrhea.
The apartment was very good and kept us away from the noise we were looking for. We couldn’t enjoy the pool because it was dirty. When we ordered food, only part of it arrived and it was very late—about two hours later we were told the rest never came, so my kids went to bed hungry.
“No vayan”
The pool was large and had pretty views. First, the location was deep in an uncovered road area with very steep sections, which the hotel description didn’t mention—feels irresponsible given how tricky the entrance and exit are. The staff were the opposite of good hospitality: a brief greeting, then just “Les recibo x” and we were charged without a proper welcome or room handover. After 30 minutes of waiting, I asked about our rooms and they said “A si, son la 01 y la 02”, then claimed no keys and told us to just enter. We had booked for three people but were forced to choose two rooms because they were only two‑person rooms, yet they turned out to be two beds: one double and one single. We ended up sleeping the three of us in one room and paid for an extra room we never used. The alcohol prices were outrageous—$90.000 for one sixpack of national beer. The bathrooms were in bad condition. When we complained, the response was “pongan el comentario en Booking”.
