The staff was great, yet the pet walking area could be improved.

The place was so dirty I felt uncomfortable; it seems the facility is poorly maintained, rooms are run down, old, and simply not clean.

The staff were very friendly, but the pool was dirty and cold.

The staff were amazing, yet online reviews misled me; opening my room door hit me with a strong urine smell that wouldn't lift even after turning the A/C on.
