The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel's location was great. That's about all I can say, as there's nothing negative to report.
The girls at the reception were extremely friendly, vibrant, and kind. The room was excellent, and it was cleaned every day. Everything was great, except for the slightly weaker air conditioning, but that was still manageable.
The hotel's location was one of its best features, with a convenient scooter rental service right on site. However, my stay was marred by some frustrating interactions with the staff, who seemed to be pushing me to pay in cash despite my repeated requests to use a different method. To make matters worse, the room's design was quite awkward, with windows and a balcony that offered little natural light and a rather uncomfortable view of the neighboring building.

I booked a standard double room, but the pictures didn't match the reality when I arrived. The room had a window, but the view was directly onto a 2-meter grey wall of a neighboring building. I immediately asked for a different room, but there wasn't one available. The receptionist told me that I would still have to pay for the entire 3-night booking if I cancelled. The next morning, I was woken up at 8 am by a phone call informing me that there were no other rooms available.
I was blown away by the exceptional service and amenities at this hotel - everything was absolutely perfect. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was in good hands, and my stay was nothing short of flawless. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience.
