Perfect for solo travelers or couples. The room and bathroom were quite spacious and very tidy. The host was extremely friendly and accommodated my requests (e.g., late check‑in or delayed check‑out).

The place was beautiful, with a spacious, clean, air‑conditioned room and a roomy private bathroom; the staff were incredibly friendly, and the transport links were superb—just 50 m to the “Serenissima” bus stop and a 10‑minute walk to either the Gardenie or Tiburtina metro stations.

The neighbourhood around the house feels very safe, the host Anna is very nice, the room is cozy and roomy with a huge, comfortable bed, and the little dog Kyo is adorable. I just wish I’d allowed myself a bit more travel time.
