There was no handicap space for my daughter, even though I had requested one. No wheelchair accessible space was available.

I booked a room with two queen beds months ago for three of us, and the room was paid in full. When we checked in, they told me they had no queen rooms left and only a king and a rollaway bed. I had no choice but to take it. I was pretty annoyed that they knew a room was taken and still overbooked themselves. I won’t stay there again.
