The room was spacious, breakfast was very good, and the location worked well for my next day’s work, but the bathroom felt dated and small, and the bed wasn’t the most comfortable.

The bed was comfy, the spot was quiet, there was on‑site parking, the room was good size and very clean, and breakfast was acceptable, but the shower was the worst I’ve had in a long time—water barely trickled, temperature was hard to control, it was either too cold or too hot, and there were leftover hairs; the room had no coffee, only decaf and tea.

It’s close to the Avon Valley Railway, but the main road is noisy and the property could use a refurbishment.
