This is the best hotel near the UT campus, with spacious, classy rooms, amazing facilities and staff, and the parking rates are pretty reasonable.

The location, hotel and room cleanliness, and parking were all fine, but three lights around the bathroom mirror were burned out; I told front desk and they were fixed quickly, though the cleaning staff should have spotted this before I checked in. I also requested a campus view when booking, yet I ended up with a view of a huge building under construction—nothing major, but I wish I’d known earlier.

Good location for the moody centre and downtown area. Generally a good hotel. Great service from valet and Bell staff. Room cleaning staff didn’t clean the room on one day and had to be asked to on another. Breakfast service was slow on the weekend due to understaffing
