The place was quiet, tidy, and the bed was super comfy, but there was no heating in the room and the shower water was barely warm.

The location was fine and the staff were friendly, but everything else was a disaster: no cooker, no TV in the room, toilets on a different floor, and the toilets hadn’t been cleaned for six days.

The accommodation was clean, comfy, and the fridge in the shared kitchen stayed nice and cold. I stayed on the top floor and liked having a sink in my bedroom; it was just a bedroom but exactly what I needed. No issues.
