“Room was great. Facilities were okay”
The room feels modern and luxurious, with a bath tub, great lighting, a huge TV, strong Wi‑Fi, and a walkable spot for restaurants and Food Panda deliveries. John was very helpful and texted us every morning to see if we needed anything. The check‑in process was a bit mismanaged, and there were no bathroom slippers or bins with liners (they were added after we asked). The whole property needs better ventilation. Breakfast wasn’t included, and since everything is paid—laundry, tea, breakfast—there should be a price list for guests. We had to ask twice for more tissue rolls and paper, and no toiletries were provided, so I used my own.
