The view was nice, but that's where it ended. The photos were misleading - the ones on the booking site didn't match the actual place, except for the pool. We had issues with cleanliness, like flying cockroaches and a general lack of tidiness. The host's welcome was underwhelming, and we were surprised there wasn't even a complimentary coffee offered. To top it off, we had problems with card payments at check-out.

We loved the peaceful surroundings, being close to nature, and the cleanliness of the place. Don Carlos's service was also top-notch. One thing that could be improved is the restaurant options - a bit limited.
