The place is in a decent area, but the lack of on‑site staff made check‑in a nightmare—my flight landed late and I waited 30 minutes with no one to help. I called for a second pillow four times and never received one; the pillow was so thin I had to use my clothes instead.

“Pretty good, just either too cold or hot and no clothes washing facilities in the hotel which turned out to be a slight”

The room was clean, but the property really needs a laundry machine or two. It felt like a capsule hotel—stuffy, and the air‑con was too cold and powerful, so you’d need an extra sheet for better airflow.

“Great location for the price, but check in process could be smoother!”

I appreciated how easy it was to get in and out once checked in, the proximity to the subway, and the large, comfy bed and bathroom. The only downside was the front counter’s poor internet, which made check‑in a bit of a hassle—I hope they upgrade it.
