The room is great with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom, the interior is well thought out with plenty of storage (which is always missing in hotels), the hotel staff was extremely courteous and super helpful, breakfast was great and you could get water for the room from the hotel bar at any time. The location is okay, a bit off from the center (still walkable), but you definitely need a car to reach the beaches. The value for money is okay, I think it’s a bit on the higher end.

The rooms were tidy and the staff were genuinely friendly, especially Ignacio and the teenager who helped us check in and even had to call the owner to get permission for us to store cheese and ham from the Cagliari market in the lobby fridge. That whole process made me feel like I was in a dystopian setting where buying a bottle of water was illegal. I’m giving it six stars because the room was clean and fully equipped, but the hotel’s strict policies are a real source of frustration. They forbid any food or drinks, even water, in the room, and the mini‑fridge is only for paid items; if you store food there you could be fined 50 €. No policy was clearly posted, which is unacceptable for a paying guest. The AC is another issue: the minimum temperature is set at 23 °C, only activated with the keycard, and when we returned at night it was 26 °C. I booked this place specifically for AC and was willing to pay extra for it, yet that wasn’t advertised anywhere. They claim free private parking, but the only free option is public street parking a block away, not their property. Overall, the most annoying part was feeling forced into doing things I didn’t want to do in a place that should have been comfortable.

Very practical and close to the center, and Ignazio was fantastic—always smiling and helping us find the best spots to make our stay even more comfortable. Everything was perfect.
