“Lovely, will visit again :)”
The staff are always friendly and kind, and I always have a great time at The Blue Door. The location is perfect—close to the beach and easy to reach other spots.
“Top verblijf gehad met super behulpzame Engelssprekende eigenaar”
The owner was very helpful and nice. The place is a bit farther from the center and the fish market, but the bus to the national park is super close.
The hosts were super friendly and the location was great.
I could see the ocean from my window, and the host warmly explained the tourist spots worth visiting and how to get there.
“〈방랑자 윤두준〉 따라 떠난 두프의 속초 방랑기 🌊”
The blue exterior and pretty building gave me a great first impression as soon as I entered. Parking was convenient, and the proximity to the beach let me stroll along the Sokcho coast at my leisure. Most of all, the owner was incredibly friendly, especially the time I chatted with his mother—it was a lot of fun. The old building was well maintained, so the rooms were clean and orderly, and the retro vibe and comfort were hard to find in newer buildings, which I appreciated. It felt nostalgic and relaxing. There were many good restaurants and cozy cafés nearby, making it a perfect spot for a leisurely stay in Sokcho. And the dog, Berry, was so gentle and cute that I already miss him when I get back home. Berry, stay healthy and see you next time. I came back after seeing the summer sea, and next time I’ll head out again to see the winter sea if I get the chance. I left feeling relaxed and rested.
