Location, room size, and layout. Better pillow selection, more attention to detail and maintenance, a bit noisy, can hear corridors and squeaky doors.

The location is close to the theatre, and breakfast was good. The room had decent amenities. The staff were efficient but not overly welcoming. Even though it’s on the fifth floor, street noise was noticeable into the early hours.

The room was large with a lovely bathroom and shower. I requested a quiet room but was given one across the road from nightclubs, and there were too many steps to reach the rooms.
