The facilities were solid and the staff were polite, but the food didn’t meet expectations and the taste was disappointing.

The place was spotless and the atmosphere and vibe were great, nothing to complain about.
I wasn’t satisfied with the overall experience: the reception staff were rude and uncooperative, the hotel offered very few facilities, the food was just okay—nothing remarkable. Avoid the breakfast package; it’s useless—opt for a la carte instead and you’ll save money.

The hotel was gorgeous and spotless, the room was clean, the jharokha was charming and the furniture and upholstery were very comfortable. We had booked with breakfast included, yet it was omitted by mistake; the price remained the same as a room that actually had breakfast, which I had booked at the hotel for a friend. The kettle worked, but there was no nearby outlet, so we had to move a table to use it; tea supplies should be positioned closer to a usable plug.

The washroom maintenance needs improvement; it doesn’t give off a 4‑ or 5‑star feel. The location is good and the food is decent, but the bathrooms leave something to be desired.
