The room was pretty, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom adequate. It’s close to the road but not noisy. Parking is convenient near the property. The room isn’t refurnished, so I don’t understand the €10 daily fee for the dog; a final cleaning fee would be better.

The location is spectacular near Lago di Braies, the facilities are very clean, and the staff is always ready (just a message away). Excellent accommodation.

Free parking, simple communication and online check‑in, arrival anytime. Upon arrival, a strangely musty air greeted you; unfortunately our room also had that odor, as if it had been smoked before. The sheets were torn and dirty, and the worst was the humming heating all night. The room was either cold (below 20 °C while outside at night it’s 6 °C) or noisy. The bed was worse than in a Thai motel. The mattress didn’t hold its shape and you felt like you dropped a floor after lying down. Waking up with back pain is just a free bonus. The price‑performance ratio doesn’t suit me; if the price were half, it would match the level and equipment. The accommodation is on a busy intersection, so opening the windows brings insane truck noise. Also the room had no sound‑proof curtains, so passing cars light up the bed.

The hosts were friendly and helpful, and communication was quick. The place is pet friendly. It’s a 20‑minute car ride to Lago di Braies. We got the sense the hotel is under renovation because the restaurant was closed and the building looked like it was undergoing small updates; I bet it will look better once fully finished. The building is right next to the main road, so it’s very noisy—more sound‑proof windows would help. It’s also next to a construction site, so I can’t imagine staying there during warmer months when you’d want to open the windows for fresh air.
