The place is well situated and clean, yet we got the Tabachines room, which is spacious and has air conditioning, but the bathroom lacks ventilation and a dome lets in sun all day, turning it into an oven where steam stays trapped because there's no airflow.

The hotel’s location and outdoor areas are nice, and the staff are friendly, but we never managed to connect the cable and Netflix on the TV, and the safe didn't work.

The staff were very attentive, the location is spot‑on, the hotel looks nice, and the facilities are well maintained. The food was delicious. My mom told me the massage was a hit and the masseuse was very friendly. We went as a family and had a great time. My brother mentioned that the water ran out while he was showering, but he didn’t bring it up until we left. Also, I couldn’t swap the two double rooms I booked for a king; when I asked the hotel, they said it was possible, but the system didn’t allow it, so they eventually helped us out.

It’s a pretty place in a good spot, but I feel like there are too many plants and sometimes they’re a bit uncomfortable. The bed that was given to me was too small for a couple.

The location is fine, but the service is terrible; they act like a boutique hotel just because they provide bathrobes. The room smelled damp, and when I asked for a room freshener they left the balcony door open all day, so I came back to a swarm of flies. The bathroom was awful and there was noise throughout the night. There aren’t enough parking spaces, and a three‑star property is charging prices that belong to a luxury resort.
