“Lovely stay, great location. Let down heavily by one unprofessional member of staff”

Lovely couple nights away, really nice location with great views and the hot tub was a big plus. Due to a misunderstanding we ran over our late departure, I thought it was 1pm. I did misread however we wernt late leaving once approached by a cleaner and informed it was 1130, we packed and cleaned and were out by 1145. The male cleaner on site however not saying anything to me but when my partner walked passed having collected our final bag to meet me at the car. He stood there looked her up and down whilst checking is watch over and over again shaking his head. Overall his attitude to a clear misunderstanding was very unfortunate and upsetting expecially to my partner. It left a really bad mood to a really nice weekend away

The place was exactly what we needed, especially since we could bring our dog. The bathroom had a stale, contestant‑like smell, and the shower trap was screwed down with proud screws. Every morning—except the last—we were woken by hammering and drilling from the room next to us.

The location was perfect for nature walks, the bed was huge and super comfortable, and the hot tub was brilliant. No complaints.

The location was lovely, but the place was not clean at all; the oven still had tin foil from previous guests, it was very noisy, and the hot tub wasn’t cleaned during our stay. Not good value for money at all.
