The whole trip blew our expectations out of the water! The staff were super dedicated and really went the extra mile to make everything special. Even though it rained on our first safari day, they quickly shuffled the schedule so we still got to kayak on the lake and catch an early morning safari before we left.

The Kulu campground is exceptional, it is a case of “you get what you pay for”. We didn’t eat a single meal in the same location during our 3 night stay, the highlight was proposing to my fiancée via a candle lit dinner on the wharf, breakfasts in the tree house and seeing leopards in the wild. The best thing was the service from the staff led by our guide called Sam. Nothing was a problem, coffees arrived as early as 5am before our morning safari, made my proposal as special as possible and everything in between. Nothing

This place is a true gem, with staff that are not only professional but also incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The food is simply amazing, and the setting is so beautiful it's almost surreal. The rooms are spacious and cozy, and the wildlife around the property is a real treat. We also loved the kayak tour on the lake and the breakfast in the treehouse - it was one of the best meals we've ever had. The whole team deserves a huge thank you for making our stay so special.

The staff here are the real stars of the show - they're super-friendly and go out of their way to make your experience special, especially around meal times and during the safaris. However, the tents could do with a refresh, and we had some issues with bugs and spiders getting in and the AC cutting out. A communal lounge area would also be a great addition, as the rooms aren't the most comfortable places to hang out.

We had the most incredible stay at this hotel. The food was top-notch, with a wide variety of dishes prepared with love and care. What made it even more special was that we got to dine at a different location each evening, surrounded by nature. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel like royalty. Our safari experiences were also perfectly organized, and our guides were knowledgeable and passionate about the wildlife.
